Lessons for overcoming hate will be explored by Ann Patton based on her book: UNMASKED! The Rise and Fall of the 1920s Ku Klux Klan. Respectful conversations to transform thinking will be introduced by Stephen Poyner, education Curator of the Holocaust Center of Florida, whose current exhibit addresses this topic. A community discussion, moderated by Lou Sasmor of the Civil Discourse Club of The Villages, will let you reflect on how to build a more accepting community.
