Go to VOTE411 for an online voters guide containing information about candidates and amendments. When you click Find What's on Your Ballot and enter your address, you will see only those races and issues on your ballot:

EVALUATING JUDGES

Merit Retention elections are on the ballot in the 2024 General Election for two Florida Supreme Court justices and nine appeals court judges. Voters are being asked to decide whether these candidates should remain on the courts for another six years.

If a majority of voters answer "No," the judge is not retained, and the governor will appoint a replacement. Voters will decide whether to retain any replacement in 2026.

FLORIDA ELECTIONS ARE SECURE

Don't be fooled by disinformation about election fraud. Florida laws define a process for certifying election results that is extremely well thought out and provides assurance in election outcomes.

Be aware that election day is not results day. Any results you see before November 19th are unofficial because they have not gone through the certification process by the county and state canvassing boards.

Your county Supervisor of Elections website is the primary source of reliable information of local elections.
